I have a 97 chevy pickup that has a shudder when it goes into lockup does this 2oz lubeguard additive work ? Should i buy the bigger bottle of it ? Opinions ?

the only reaso i was going to go with the 5-20 was because it has higher levels of the anti-wear stuff in them. at mobil does. i think some of the reason for the thinner oils has to do with the valve timing and displacement on demand engines.

getting ready for the first oil change on new 17 chevy truck. what does everyone think of going with 5- 20 compared to the recommended 0-20 ? the 5-20 has higher levels of phosphous and boron compared to the 0-20.

THANKS ! looks like Mobil 1 blows everyine else out of the water. the cost is thething with it. looks like a good diesil oil would work just fine for an older low revving flat tappet engine.

some even recycle their water after filtering it. it don't remove the salt thiough.

do anyone know what the levels of ZDDP are in the delvac 15-40 diesel oil compared to Mobil 20-50 ? where can i look to see the levels ?
