Thasnk for hte link The instructions in the link do not mention monitoring it while it is charging. I have the instructions for my particular model and it mentioned that when the current goes to half the initial charging current then it is charged. This is what my original question was about...

what do I monitor? The voltage or the current? And when do I turn it off?

Friday evening when I had the charger on I removed the charger when the voltage was 14.85V

so should I put the charger back on it?

I left it last night with the charger disconnected, the resting battery voltage was 12.7V, this morning I just checked and the resting voltage is 12.47V. So the resting voltage went down 0.13V. Is this normal? The vehicle is a 2021 RAV4 gas (non hybrid), with Start Stop so it has a EFB battery.

I just spoke with the Engineering dept at Interstate and learned that my battery is a H6 48 EFB The engineer told me not to put a AGM battery in it as it has a different charging profile and he also said that the EFB will be a much better value in the long run as it will last alot longer.
