    FP60 and FP3000 mixed?

This is what Lube Control said: -------------------------------------------- "It would probably be best to use them separate as we are not sure how well they will mix and since the treat rate is different for gasoline it might be best to keep separate. Regards, LCD Inc Support"

    FP60 and FP3000 mixed?

I still have some FP60 left. Can I mix FP3000 and FP60 in the same tank of gas? Or should I just use up my FP60 first and have the FP3000 sit on the shelf for a few months? I also emailed Lube Control with the same question, so if they answer, I'll post their reply here. Thanks!

    50 more gallons of FP3000

I ordered 1 gallon of FP3000 and LC. How do we know if we actually were one of the first 50, as opposed to being number 51 and out of luck?

    GC vs M1 on dyno

One thing that I don't like is that all of rototest's dynos only have only about 15 points of rpm data (Why so few? Are they hiding their resonance problems?): http://www.rototest.com/performance-graphs/graphs.php?Visitor=1&DN=33 See possible resonance problem as evidenced by spikiness in the...

    FP3000 Escrow?

Perhaps us that want FP3000 and LCD should look into some type of "group buy" escrow. The escrow would be a secure entity where the group buy members could put their order money. The escrow amount would have to get to a trigger point where it is enough for LCD to produce a single batch. This...

    FP3000 - Reviews

ON TOPIC: Any reviews of FP3000? OFF TOPIC: From my phonecalls with Lube Control, I got the impression that their core and primary customers have always been the fleets. I'll buy some FP3000 when it becomes available again. One of many definitions of Goodwill - "A good relationship, as of a...

    FP3000 - Reviews

What is the minimum number of gallons to make a "fleet batch"? Maybe we can all somehow order a "BITOG Fleet" batch. Or if one of us BITOG members owns a fleet, he/she could buy a batch and sell off individual gallons jugs.

Your son should get as much "theoretical education" out of his university as possible. At the same time he should get as much hands-on and "practical experience" through industry internships/jobs.

    LC and Oil didn't mix!!!

I wouldn't consider LC20 to be "old tech". Terry and MolaKule rave about LC20 performance with current oils (both dino and synthetic). If you search, you will find their very positive comments.

Brake in Half the Distance You Do Now!

"the prototype with the wedge brakes regularly required less than half the distance to come to a complete standstill than the prototype with the standard brakes." Their statement above could be 100% true. They never said if the braking test was compared on the 1st stop or the 100th stop where...

Fuel Additive Every Tank Really Needed?

That's an interesting question. I don't know if there is a "right " answer. However, one way to think about it is: If your gasoline incrementally and continuously causes carbon buildup in your combustion chanbers, why not have that carbon incrementally and continuously removed? Inconvenience...

For Those of You Anxiously Awaiting FP3000...

No matter what factors and test variables the SAE test/formulas use, they will never match your specific situation. The only way to validate your specific vehicle and driving conditions is to actually use and test it. If LC and SWRI said it makes an improvement, that is enough clout to let me...

    Quest for Better MPG

I started using FP60 from www.lubecontrol.com in my wife's Sienna. She went from 19.6 mpg to 20.7 mpg. She's a sales rep and drives 30k miles per year. I removed the 50 pound spare tire from my Land Cruiser. Main reason was to improve its weak acceleration and help however slightly in braking...
