25hp Briggs PXi break in procedure?

The only thing I would add is to do the first oil change fairly early.

    1987 New Yorker 2.5l N/A Oil

Since you only drive the car in nice weather, either 5W30 or 10W30 would be fine.

Is this too much rust for a GMT360 Truck?

We would need to see a lot more pics of the undercarriage to give a worthwhile opinion.

    2009 Silverado Misfire

It’s not likely to be the coils, could possibly be wires, I suppose. Both are easy to swap around and see if the misfires follow.

    2005 Jeep Wrangler steering issue

I know nothing about the steering box on his Jeep specifically, and I'm sure you're right about most boxes in general, but your statement is not universally true. Those of us who play with old Mopars know that there is an adjustment on the PS gear that can most certainly cause a pull if not set...

    Brake Fluid Exchange

So you seem to be saying it will rise. In my thinking, the first part of the hydraulic system to get hot will be the calipers. So wouldn't it rise to the top of the calipers, ie by the bleeder screw and sit?

I'd lean toward M1, but really, either brand is good.

    Alternative for M1 5w-20 EP?

That's not bad. I'd use the EP HM that you bought, and see how it goes. You can always try something else next OCI if needed.

2007 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 serpentine belt/tensioner/idler pulley

Personally, I'd replace with like, since it's been working. We had a 2005 T&C 3.8 for years, and never had an issue with the factory-style belt setup. Good luck on the water pump. IIRC, ours was kind of a pain to maneuver out of there.

    Alternative for M1 5w-20 EP?

I think the EP HM oil will serve you well. If you're burning a lot of oil, you might want to try something thicker, but otherwise I'd stick with what you're doing.
