IMHO your maintenance plan is optimum. Start with a carefully selected HPL oil early. Then stick with that exact oil.

Fuel dilution seems to be a Sienna thing. Driving conditions are a key factor. I've never had any signs of fuel dilution, by smell, oil level or UOA with my D-4S engines, over almost 400,000 miles.
