    Who wears a hat?

Under orders from both the Dermatologist and Mrs. Tdbo to have a hat on at all times while outside working or riding in the Mustang. Have had several pre-cancerous and a few cancerous spots over the years that had to be dealt with. This past winter, I had about 15 spots on the top of my head...

Stellantis names new CEO: Antonio Filosa

How is the Dodge brand going to pick up steam without any meaningful product? Same thing with Chrysler. Either provide some product, or put it out of its misery. With as many marques as Stellantis markets, one would think that they could find something to rebadge or recobble. Alfa product hasn't...

Milwaukee Fuel Chainsaw leaking oil like crazy

I have had 2 Poulans, and now an Echo. They all leak, some slower than others. I now slide a plastic top off a cat litter bucket underneath the saw.

    interesting experience at fuel/convenience station

Did they take plastic? Not advocating going on a spending spree here, but always prudent to have a back up form of payment for such an emergency. Then, let them pay the swipe fee. I can understand on some level why they don't wish to take large bills, but if they don't, that should be displayed...

Power company scam ... in person

This exactly. There is one really sleazy company that services our area and is well known for having reps show up on peoples porches and "Demand" to see their electric bill to clarify an overpayment. The last time I had one of their reps on the porch, they refused to leave and it took my dialing...

Cub Cadet / Home Depot - Mini Rant.

They actually are doing your wallet a favor by not doing so. For example, the John Deere fuel filter that they stock for the models they have in the store (which just happens to be the same filter that my X series uses) is 3x more than I pay at the dealer.

Seeing a theme premium oil cheap tires

Not here. Vehicles are running Bridgestone (OEM), Pirelli, Michelin and the truck has Uniroyal. I had two choices for the truck, Uniroyal or some no name. Hard to buy anything 225 70 R15 these days. Oil wise, the Hondas are running Castrol, the Mustang is running Pennzoil, and the truck is...

You're too challenged to do the work of clicking a simple link? Besides that was so six months ago. The price may have changed since then.. Clicking the link assures pricing at present.

    Switching Brands

I'll bet that if you had all your service done at either the Ford or Chevy dealer and they got a good price on their bulk oil from another blender, changing brands would be fine. I'd also bet that if all the Ford dealer had hanging around handy was semi syn, that'd be fine as well. What a pile...
