That TBN 5.6 is a lot lower than what E/M has on their PDS. They show the TBN at 12. Maybe they are using something else that can’t be picked up on a VOA ?

Put a rag over the intake inlet and see if it moves. If it doesn’t or doesn’t move very much, then you may have a serious vacuum leak down stream.

That should have loaded the filter up pretty quickly. Have you checked your filter gauge to see if it has moved ?
