No safety inspection as part of the emissions testing. As a side note, I passed an emissions test with a check engine light on because it was a transmission code, not an engine code.

So much this. By the time I hook up my trailer to my ATV I've made two trips from the wood pile to the garage with my cart.

I've been using vertical file cabinets for years. They will hold stupid amounts of weight and you can lock them with Abus file cabinet bars. Best of all, most file cabinets are free, people give them away all the time.
