    I thought the change started w/ 99 cars to CH-11 and they have the pump and reservoir separate. My 98 is one piece just like the older cars.

    Not sure about the 202 question, can you be more specific. The newest Volvo in the family is 2006 S60 which uses the CHF fluid.

    Exhaust leaks can also add to the problem. When cold, I hook a vacuum in reverse at the tail pipe. I used bubble soap at the joints.
