Opinions of early 1990s 3.0 liter LeBarons?

The Chrysler products of the early 1990s were ALL [censored]. They are the shame of us Americans, that a domestic company would actually build such [censored].

    fixing damage before trading vehicle?

Trading in a vehicle? Why would anyone do that? It's always a great way to get ripped off. Sell it private party, and do yourself better financially.

Post bailout, who came out on top?

So mediocre brand X is perceived better then mediocre brand Y...big deal. If you want to really see what's up, compare a domestic brand against the leader. You guys are all using the wrong metrics. Here's a better one: How are the domestics doing in comparision to Toyota? As far as sales...

    car issues unresolved

I've only had such issues with the domestic stealerships. And in fact, Honda is known for doing free out-of-warranty work from time to time. This is one of many reasons I am very leary about buying domestic cars.

    Opinions Welcome Fiat 500

Did you actually test drive many other cars in the same class as the 500? Where do I get my notions of it being a terrible value? I get it from this: Fiats HORRIBLE reputation for the worse quality from Europe. It is it's bottom of the barrel reputation that speaks volumnes about what to...

    Opinions Welcome Fiat 500

OP asks for "opinions". Here is mine. The Fiat 500 is a horrible value. What is there to like? Fiat is always bottom of the barrell in quality, the 500 is very small, it is loud, it burns oil, it is expensive for what you get. It is very expensive for what you get? It does not get class leading...

What causes oil use between oil changes?

ZeroSoma, my 2007 Toyota Yaris (1.5 liter) never needs a top-off of the oil between 6,500 mile OCI's. Even at 145,000 miles. I wonder if your Prius engine has a defect.

MOPAR to bring back the Barracuda?

The economy is in the toilet, national debt $16 trillion+, most families struggling, unemployment super high, gas prices super high...does the country really need another gas guzzler? Why is Chrysler often so out of touch?!?

    Daughter considering Camry or Aura

My wife has a 2007 Saturn Aura (same as 2008). It has 39,000 miles, and every other month it is one thing or another that needs repair. Just now, a section connector between two sections of the exhaust pipe developed a leak, and it was never hit by road debris either. The car drives ok, but does...
