    Toyota ... warped rotors

I highly doubt OP has warped rotors and it’s quite rare in most cases, everyone just uses this term very loosely whenever they experience brake pedal pulsation. There are many other causes of brake pedal pulsation besides actually warped rotors.

    "Fuel Efficiency Standards Are Dead"

I highly doubt people will stop looking at fuel economy. EPA penalties or not, there will always be market for fuel efficient vehicles because the price of gas directly correlates to that.

    Toyota ... warped rotors

Sounds like you’re too gentle on the brakes. You live in the rust belt so rust spots can form and may not be fully removed if you’re being gentle on the brakes.

    Rate my plumbing work

Great work so far, I really like it. I would use an adapter to give you more threads. It’s the little issues like this one, why I dislike plumbing work. Something like this should work, I would not double gasket. I just finished installing my water softener and the brine line needs an air...

Venting the heat out of the top of my arched exposed breezeway?

That is only for roofs that have an attic or space that's not open. This particular case it's all open, there is no need for anything at the bottom. And if the ridge vents run the entire length of the roof, that should be enough for any hot air to escape. Since Pablo mentioned this space cools...

Venting the heat out of the top of my arched exposed breezeway?

Just read this. You may have radiant heat problem and not hot air being trapped under there. If you say you have ridge vents already there, (I cannot see them from your pic), then that should vent any hot air anyways.

Venting the heat out of the top of my arched exposed breezeway?

I would install a vent turbine. Cheap and effective. Plus, if so much hot air builds up there, you can bet that humid air also is there, which may start all sorts of problems down the road.

Local to me, which is Oakville and Brampton area is the opposite, but they tend to do more serious crimes, not just petty thefts.

Methy Mike and the Sketchy Bunch

All of that would be great except the crimes are committed by mostly a specific group that is being “imported” into Canada it record numbers. And they are given very generous taxpayer help to get them “acclimated”. All the car thefts, shootings etc. are mostly committed by these people. But...

CEOs: AI Will Wipe Out Some Jobs

It will be interesting to see once they figure out an AI can run the whole company, I wonder what these CEOs will have to say then.

Common shifting issues and potential causes:

Some of it can definitely be in someone’s head, especially if one is the “worrying” type. Other than that, the shifter is a direct connection to the shifting forks. Of course the user will have a much greater feeling of the mechanical connection vs something more isolated, like a car gear...

Methy Mike and the Sketchy Bunch

It’s sad to see Canada and the especially the province of Ontario go into such poor state of decay, both economically and morally.

First Oil Change at 600 miles - What I Found

Many of us have been saying this for years. All new engines will have some break in materials in the oil, it’s always a good idea to get rid of them. The filter will not catch it all because they're in the bypass mode quite a lot.

A/C not working 2015 Kia Sedona

I would shut down the rear climate control zone and see how the system behaves with only the front being active.

Common shifting issues and potential causes:

My Honda Valkyrie was actually the opposite, it’s started off pretty notch when cold and improved as the oil got warmer and thinned out. You just never know on some bikes. And notchy doesn’t mean bad.

Wiper Issue in MIST Mode – Random 1 to 6 Swipes (2022 Sienna)

There is now way changing wiper blades would affect anything on the control or electrical side. You’ve mentioned the wipers seem to be acting weird more when it rains, that could point to a poor connection or damaged wires. I would remove the windshield cowl and check all connections going to...

    Is my Drain Plug Loosening?

If these washers/gaskets are so finicky to use why not ditch them and use a normal aluminum crush washer?
