I did it myself on my 2020 Equinox. Did ATF, transfer case and diff. Very easy, the only tricky part is moving the heat shield blocking the TC fill plug.

The transfer case should be Valvoline transfer case fluid $13 qt The diff is 75w90 use either RP or Amsoil $26 qt or Valvoline mMobil1 both full synthetic
