Once you pay everything off. Do you have a timeline to accomplish that? It is a good goal to have. If you don't have debt, you need less income to maintain your standard of life. If you need less income then you pay less taxes. Everything gets easier in retirement with no debt.

Financial advisors can be hit or miss. I'm not advocating for or against them but either way it would be wise to take the time to educate yourself. Lots of information is at your fingertips and only you truly have your best interests at heart.

I live in a state that has cold weather and we all know that much of the wear in an engine occurs at start up. Thinner oils flow better at low temps and may help my engines last longer.
