NO issues with my order on Endurance from WM. Just got a new batch in today. They were manufactured in 2025 according to code.

OK...I don't know what that "blue screen" is (plastic cage??) BUT those louvers look open, especially in the lower photo.

I’ve read that oil consumption has been a problem especially in 2011-2014 models, and even in some 2015- 2017 models. The 2019 was the last year with this Theta Engine. Not sure if 2018-2019 have the same issues. I know some improvements were made in those model years. GL!

Take this for what it’s worth. Bought wife 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited (2.4L) a year ago with 23K mi on car. Put in R&P 5/30 with Fram Endurance. Now have 35K mi on car with two OC/filter changes (same items). Had Zero oil consumption at both 6K OC. No engine pics ..no pics of “crappy”...

Still available at Walmart on line...no issues.

Wow this is a real crapy filter! I’ve had it on now for 6K miles with Zero oil consumption and I see the oil on dip stick is a little dark now! But that means Jack, because there’s a tiny “gap” below the bypass ! The horror!!!
