STP or Syntec; Which would you run ??

It won't matter. Cheapest one in the closest store. As many cars as I have owned and with everything you have seen on this board when is the last time we have seen an oil related failure that wasn't related to running the oil low or running it for too long?

LB7 injectors. Nope done with that.

Yeah, it isn't a big deal, but if anything fails or return line leaks, which appears to be common after an injector replacement, you have pull everything back off.

It is fine now, big thing was trusting the crap first set of injectors.

LB7 injectors. Nope done with that.

You just have to buy quality parts. I'd find one where they are not under the valves covers.

LB7 injectors. Nope done with that.

Well...The boys truck needed injectors. So here goes. We recently replaced the CP3 pump and drove it about 500 miles. Noticed the crankcase was filling up with fuel. So we figured injectors or a leak from the injector return lines. We pulled everything apart (the last person in there was not...

    Frankentools

I wish I had taken pictures of some of the stuff I have rigged up over the years to get stuff done. I made a special extension to get the engine out of my old 91 C4 Corvette. Have cut and welded a few wrenches to make tools so I wouldn't have had to buy any.

Who has the highest mileage functioning DFM engine?

There are Caprice PPVs with over 200,000 miles and 15,000 engine hours still running the original valve train components. I still yanked it out of mine. The disabler does not guarantee you will not have a failure. I am not sure there is any rhyme or reason as to why one vehicle fails and...

    Considering Dropping Collision Coverage

I won't tell you what I pay for 6 cars, a boat and a travel trailer. But I keep full coverage on everything but the Buick. For a car that "new" to me it would be worth it.

I love cars like this. Not sure what I would do with it, but it is awesome. To be honest I would drive the heck out of that thing!
