I didn’t get the meat pie I mentioned in the other thread and I ended up doing a 16hr fast. Lunch was turkey, pickle and salad greens in Turkish bread.

Not as good as it looks, it was raining this morning with a gale force wind warning. Edit - I just double checked and the gale warning was further around the coast, my work area just had a strong wind warning.

If my memory is correct they were a US vehicle, made by Nissan and rebadged as a Suzuki. I think it even won an award by a US off roading magazine.

Icing on the outside, crumbled biscoff on half of the outside, and filled with something kind of similar to biscoff spread. Not sure if it’s a cake donut or not, my wife lived in Canada and the US for a bit when she was young and keeps telling me Australia doesn’t have proper donuts though...

Thanks. It’s dropped to about 35mph over the past 10 minutes so a bit better. It’s their version of a biscoff coated and filled donut, but I’m guessing without using genuine biscoff. Some Australians are obsessed with biscoff, personally I think it’s way overrated...

Yep, still having my morning black coffee. I’m currently eating a steak and ale meat pie from 7-eleven. They moved half price pie day which was Tuesday, to now be Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Had to switch up my work area for a few days so wasn’t able to get pics. I should be able to get a pic shortly. I had one doctor ask me how I lost a lot of weight and then tell me it’s not possible to have done it from eating a very low carb diet. As you can imagine I never went back.
