i am going to extract oil from the wife's Rogue today and replace the filter on the next full oil change. there's around 4,000 miles on an OEM Nissan filter 15208-65F1B.

how about if the filters have plastic seals over the baseplate?

If they go any thinner we won’t need engine oil
