thank you, i gave it a brief eye yesterday and it all seemed fine. since the sensor is new now i doubt the issue is from there, will inspect the connector and then trace the wire up and see if i find anything. however its all wrapped up so will have to see if i can hopeuflly find the issue easily

yeah that may be the way, going to test my luck and inspect the wiring. any idea if front right wheel speed sensor should wire directly into engine bay?

thank you very much, if it isn't wiring and it is the bearing, is it better to just buy a aftermarket bearing/hub assembly? or just get a bearing and have a mechanic install it on diff vehicles it was always easier to get the hub/bearing assembly but not sure how honda/acuras are

normal rusty, nothing too bad. the old sensor came out super easy. vehicle was located most of its life in PA. no car accidents and i don't know about any mice or rodents sadly! i appreciate the help tho, if it is the tone ring/hub bearing i guess that means i need a new wheel bearing / hub? ty

truth be told i didn't really look into the hub assy, just thought sensor went bad. the 'hum/groan/ noise only happens for the first 2 seconds after car has been sitting for a while. i think its acura way of trying to engage system and then it fails so the codes go off

sadly i swapped the sensor and still have the issue. i guess before i randomly change more stuff i have to use an abs scanner and hope its correct? i guess only remaining thing is the bearing?

EBC is great and seems to have good feedback, you get UK/Europe made parts and good customer service. That combo is probably already a tad better then OEM so it should be good

i think the humming only happens when i first start up the car for the first 5 seconds as i believe the systems tries to check if the abs is working other then that no hum i think

i did a brief look at the wiring but it looked decent, will try to look at it better later

i think its right when the engine starts, it sounds like a belt chirp or a squeel from the belt. it goes away when its warm out but i have also noticed it if i havent driven the car for a few days

hey all, i looked into pricing and thanks for the input on ebc brakes, i am probably going to do those on my daily driver however for my toyota looking for a upgrade from oem but don't wanan exceed like $250 usd for all 4 the ebc are around $307 for the basic pad and rotor
