You bought it new? That’s pretty good. On the F-150s I could tweak the calculation to get it closer based on actual numbers to make the computer more accurate. I’d imagine other brands allow something similar.

I can’t stress this enough. Nothing on any counters, minimal, if anything on walls. We don’t notice the stuff in our daily lives but it makes for terrible photos. Remove everything then go back and remove even more stuff.

Amazon has enough cash to easily start their own financing arm if the wanted to help Slate get going. I’m hoping this thing can really be sold for $27,000 before tax credits. If that’s the case, I think it will do well and getting lenders on board won’t be an issue.

C I load 8 or 9 pucks in the feeder if I’m going to be gone for a week or so and it uses most of them to keep the chlorine in check. The price of pucks is way up from what I remember too. With a shorter season and not a lot of chlorine demand you can get away with pucks, as you found out.

I use a half gallon a day of liquid chlorine. I may convert to salt at some point. The liquid only adds chlorine and a bit of salt. The pucks have CYA binding them which when continuously added to the pool raise the level so high that the chlorine becomes ineffective. Then you have to shock or...

Is the water clear? Is it a variable speed pump?

One other thing, if you have a leak on the suction side of the system, you’d be getting air bubbles out of the returns. If you have a leak downstream of the pump, I’d think the ground would get soggy somewhere around the pool.

Is your equipment above or below the pool surface? Mine is a few feet below so it doesn’t take much to prime as it floods the pump via gravity. What type of filter does it have? I have a cartridge filter so I can’t speak to a sand or DE filter. You have two separate main drains? Do you have a pic?

Where are you located? An inch this time of year may be nothing in a dry climate.
