I've worked for Fleetguard for nearly 12 years now...I can't speak highly enough about our quality and warranty that stands behind the products. That being said, Donaldson is also quality. Seeing your quote here about the guy using NAPA...that's common across diesel industries and it's a shame...
Running the OEM filter is always a good idea, but just stating the fact that Kubota doesn't make their own filters...someone else is private branding for them. None of the OEMs make their own filters...the filter companies do.
