I've been running Wix since the 90s, haven't had a reason to change. Easy to source, have filters for 95% of my stuff, price is fair. Fram killed many Cummins 6BTs in the 90s. To the point it was a TSB to not use Fram. Since then, I've had no interest in considering them.
