This is a 4k run on an '09 Vue 3.6l that a friend just purchased. Has 134k on it. This was M1 0w40 + a bottle of Rislone. Some serious carbon in this guy. Seems like a good cleaning combo.

Does the coolant in the reservoir ever circulate through the cooling system? Not a surge tank setup, but a radiator with cap and overflow hose that goes into a separate reservoir. Similar to this picture.

I have three vehicles running it right now. 189k, 212k, 54k. No problems so far. Two co-workers are running it also. No negatives to report. It seems like a good oil regardless. Runs quiet and smooth.

A guy who I worked with just dumped the R&P on his 2017 2.4l Equinox that just hit 100k. 3k on the oil and there was actually a pretty good amount of carbon chucks in the M1 filter. Much more than I expected to see. Must be doing something!

The dealership before just has the steering wheel off center. Total toe is good, move the steering wheel to 0 and the toe will fall in.

I have twelve modified 2t scooters. I've used iridium plugs in them, but it doesn't make a difference and really not worth the extra cost. Standard NGK's are the way to go.
