Not sure how to read the date code but guessing at least 2024 ? I have seen Parts Master "synthetic" that look to be Fram or Champ filters so could be random build when buying these. When did you get this one and you walked into one of those stores you mentioned for purchase ?

PG does have the means to contract that type of filter because they have their 5Micron brand motorcycle filters but they do have the factories building that one stamp the Leak Tested on the top and also a silicone gasket...
