Was talking with a couple recently. They are considering a reverse mortgage. Asking me what I thought and I cannot answer them intelligently. Anyone here know whether this is a good idea or not? Upsides.......Downsides?

Only thing I found strewn on the lawn today was racoon excrement.

I would choose John Deere or Husqvarna

The only tires that I have ever had dry rot was Michelin. Had to toss them with 50% tread on them. Michelin would not warranty.

You can also add in tylenol. It is processed differently than Motrin so they can be used together.
