    Foam filled tires

I figure I'll have to buy new tires anyway. This foam is $15 and it will probably do 2 front tires. It does not expand to 20L of volume. Maybe half that.

    Foam filled tires

Same problem. I stick a tube in them and run over a nail or something. The idiot that had the land before me did renovations. Instead of dumping everything in a pile he just when out and shoveled it out in the field trying to spread it out. One of the dumbest moves I've ever seen.

    Mobil1 75w-90 vs brandx 75w-85

It was probably thicker when it was dino oil.

    Foam filled tires

These riding lawnmower front tires keep going flat. So I'm going to try and fill them with foam or get burned by dangerous chemicals. Maybe both. I've got a left over bag of AB fence post foam. 1 bag makes about 20L of foam, since a front mower tire is maybe 2L of internal volume, something...

    Reclaimed Oil for push mower.

I moved the air intake on my tractor. Probably sucks in 80% less dirt now.

    Mobil1 75w-90 vs brandx 75w-85

I don't think have seen that. But there seems to be a pretty wide gap between 90wt which is like a 50wt motor oil and 140wt which is like double the viscosity of 90wt at 100c. That 140wt is some thick S.

    "Fuel Efficiency Standards Are Dead"

The penalty was almost non existent and was always passed on to the end consumer.

New toy. 24hp Briggs with 48 inch deck if it runs.

Im hoping it does have a low oil switch. Its got a dipstick o-ring, I'm thinking that's probably not where the heavy leaking is coming from. But I'll keep an eye on it. I believe it. Seems like it took at least 2 quarts. Filled it to the low mark, got it to fire, has bad gas in it. Topped it...

LF16006 ran for 2 years, 788hrs, first oil change on Cummins 6.7L common rail

Hpl is good stuff. Practically immune to viscosity breakdown. Probably only soot buildup, fuel dilution would contaminatenit to the point of not being able to use it or eventually acid from combustion would neutralize your tbn and turn the oil corrosive.

10k miles ran up in less than 6 months backed up with OEM recommendations isn't crazy at all. That's likely only around 300 hours or less depending on how they're used. I've cut open plenty of 300 to 400hr filters and found almost nothing. I've got one little 15L diesel that recommends 1,500hr...

New toy. 24hp Briggs with 48 inch deck if it runs.

Hopefully it's not a pile of crap. The intake is dirty, I think the air filter got so dirty it sucked in the seal, no foam prefilter. it leaks oil like crazy. There's no oil in it. Idk why. After I dumped in half quart of reclaim oil, nothing. Dumped in a quart. A quart got it just on the tip...

    Reclaimed Oil for push mower.

For small engines biggest problem I see is air filter. Packed with dirt, missing, loose.

LF16006 ran for 2 years, 788hrs, first oil change on Cummins 6.7L common rail

What do you mean you're no buying the 30k mile talk? Do you not believe 30k miles could be a thousand hours? No reasonable person would run their own stuff for a thousand hours on an oil change. If amsoil or hpl gave me a vehicle to run crazy high oci on then I would, not going to do it on...

LF16006 ran for 2 years, 788hrs, first oil change on Cummins 6.7L common rail

It doesn't belong to me personally. Only things that actually belong to me personally that I post about are some neglected mowers that find their way to me and some neglected at least 3rd hand vehicles. I know how much a Cummins 6.7l engine costs, no way I'd be running hundreds of hours on the...

Absolute is usually beta 1000 which is 99.9%. I know Donaldson likes throwing around beta 1000 numbers. It's practically 100%. Saying "100%" isn't any industry standard I have seen before.

    Mobil1 75w-90 vs brandx 75w-85

No more leakes. Ive seen tons of complaints online about dodge diffs from the late 90s and early 2000s leaking. It's been a week, not seen a single drop hanging off the diff since the day after I replaced the speed sensor seal.
