    Off of a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4 for 8 months~ & 3,100~ miles. Used with Quartz 9000 Xtra Future FGC 0W-20. Car is currently at 49,169 miles. Same exact filter & oil went back in. I’ll probably run this new filter for a year & just suction out & refill oil at the halfway point.

    Off of a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4, currently sitting at 134,200 miles. It was on the car for 5,200~ miles/3 months~. Used with Kirkland 0W-20. Quartz 9000 Xtra Future FGC 0W-20 & a MZ690072 went back on. The 57356 we used to get last year were USA made, completely different internals.

    2011 2.4 Mitsubishi Lancer for 5 months ~ 7,300 miles~. Used with STP 0W-20. Some wavy pleats there. I’ve used this oil filter 2-3 times already but I don’t remember if the base of the threads looked that rough on the previous ones. PXL57356 & Kirkland 0W-20 went back in.

    Cut Open Mitsubishi MZ690072 filter

    On a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4 for 4 months~ & 6,000 miles~. Currently at 123,400. MZ690072 with 0W-20 Total Quartz 9000 Xtra came out. S7317XL & STP 0W-20 went back in. I like this one better than MZ690116.

    More. Solid filter, smaller media than I was expecting. I always wondered why Mazda oil filters didn't cross with the usual 57356 I'm used to with Mitsubishi, I'm assuming the anti-drain valve missing has something to do with it?
