    Nissan PU drain and fill

I had one back in Kansas and it required NissanMatic D (about 7.0 cSt@100C) so something like Amsoil ATF, Redline D4, or HPL's ATF Blue, or Pennzoil Multi-Functional should work.

Favorite Aviation Movies-No Highway in the Sky

I think the TV series was better than the original movie. The original movie had too much inter-personal drama and not enough war action for my tastes.

Gearbox oil for mk2 Ford fiesta

MTF's are application-specific manual transmission fluids that have completely different additive packages than differential fluids and are not the same. The EP80W-90 does reference the Ford spec. is the one I would use. In which country are you located?

Favorite Aviation Movies-No Highway in the Sky

If you are a fan of Jimmy Stewart, this is one interesting movie, IMHO, made in 1951, when there were real story lines weaved into the movie. He plays an engineer whose fatigue/failure theory is finally proven. https://www.tcm.com/tcmdb/title/85095/no-highway-in-the-sky#overview

    GL-5 = Hypoid ?

"GL-5; Specified for hypoid gear service but with shock loads and severe service operation. Usually meets Mil-L-2105D and in most cases, is the multipurpose automotive gear oil. Most 75W90 to 75W140 grades meet the GL-5 classification. This grade has a high level of Extreme-Pressure additives...

Restore and Protect; How does it clean?

No, just because a Dexos oil is mentioned it doesn't mean a full formulation list of additive chemistries is required. I know of no situations for any EO where this is required. I think the abrasive nanoparticle theory for cleaning is nonsensical for EO formulations. The cleaning additive...

Various Mobil 1 formulas tested in HPL’s lab! Motor Oil Geek LSJr video

One other error was when he was discussing seal swell, about 3:15. The original majority PAO Mobil 1 did have seal swell problems and caused some leaks. The original Amsoil majority Diester formula never had any seal swell problems and saw no leaks.

Most PEA Bang For Your Buck

Restore and Protect; How does it clean?

Did you see the error in the presentatiion at about 2:00? Jet engines use a Group V, 5 cSt POE base oil, not a 10W40. This guy needs to go back to school to learn the difference between aviation diesel engines and jet turbine engines. If P66 doesn't use any synthetic base oils, they must use a...
