My sons 2019 Santa Fe with the 2.4L Theta II engine hasn't responded at all to the R&P. He's on the 4th OCI. I think it's just the Hyundai low tension rings. Not much can really be done. Maybe a piston soak will help. He's not burning that much oil. Maybe 3/4 of a quart in a 4K OCI...

Both of my Mazdas in signature (24 CX-5 and a 23 Mazda 3) take that new type of transmission fluid. "With Cylinder Deactivation. Mazda Genuine ATF A7" Have yet to find anyone that makes it except Mazda. LIke $25 a quart........

Sons 2019 Santa Fe, with 69,400 miles. 4K OCI. Out: Valvoline R&P 5W-30, OEM filter. In: Same oil and filter. This is the 4th oil change with the R&P. I also did his front brakes. They were just now tickling the wear indicators. Pad slap after a runout of rotors. Bosch Blue pads.
