Most people would change out the burnt-out bulb in dual lamp stop light housings than replace them both. My preference would be to replace both bulbs because the other bulb might be failing along also. If it's for a customer, it might result in a comeback repair.

Yep it's easier to get back to older uploaded images if you plan to reuse the images in a future or another thread. Used imgur to host images before BITOG had image uploading features. Plus you don't have to clog server space uploading the same image several times.
