I believe at the top of the page it says, 7.90 hours. Unless i'm reading it incorrectly. From what the Service Adv told me, the A/C Tech wasn't in the day i brought it to them. He was there yesterday and started the work after lunch. Finised by 6pm but already too late for me to return the loaner.

The Service Advisor just called. He said they are replacing the Compressor and Evap, but will let me know all the particulars once complete. He's expecting it to be done in the next day or two.

Nothing really. Was just pleasant and expressed that I know this can happen to anyone. Courtesy goes a long way and I try treating everyone with respect and understanding. As I'm sure most of us here do.

Got in after returning from our vacation and upon startup, could hear clicking from the AC compressor/clutch area. Took to dealer, got a Silverado 4cyl turbo loaner and they gave me two cases of AC Delco 0w20 & 2 oil filters. The employee said this should never have happened and they apologized...
