Nearby is discount tire shop and Sam club. Costco is 35 min from the house.

My budget is $400-450 and which summer tire are good during wet condition? Weather is cold and rainy sometime during winter time. I drive maybe 70 miles per day from work to home.

I bought it new with 28 miles On it and when it arrived at my house. I did not look closely and next day I was looking around and body trim was loose from the body panel. There was no damage to the body panel only it was loose.

Do you have a number I can call them? Sorry if I ask you this. I don’t know who to contact.

Local dealer said they cannot swap the wheels/tires due to I bought the car from out of the state. I did contact the dealership I bought it from and told me to take it to other dealership to verify the issues after this they will do something about it (out of dealership told me).

Mercedes only do road force balance.

What’s PDI? I don’t know and no one told me about it. It arrived like that.

How I can or ask to escalate to the manufacture?

Update: pick up the car yesterday and it better than before but still has little vibration. Anyway I’m going to drive it for a little while before I take it in again.
