I have a 2014 Jeep GC with the same MP3023 transfer case and our used ATF+4. I have already change out my fluid with no issue using ATF+4.

I am currently running the 5w-20 AP in my JGC and currently have 5000 miles on it. I will be doing a UOA on it once I reach 10000 since I was towing 6000lbs across country for 2800 miles. So far I have to add 1 qt of make up oil because of the towing.

You can used any 5w-20, but for me I change my oil to PPPP 5w-30, so far I have driven almost 3,000 miles with no issue. I am trying to get rid of my stash before I switch to 5w-20. There was also a discussion about this awhile ago about the HEMI using 5w-20 or 5w-30 which you can see here...
