Good lubrication and still Hemi's are failing.

The lifter issue is one of the reasons I got the Maxcare warranty. Sucks that FCA would rather play the odds than fix the issue.

    Mopar 899 or other?

I've been using the OEM filter on my 08 Grand Cherokee SRT8 (6.1 Hemi) since I got it in 2012, but I occasionally grab a MC 820S, as they are sometimes cheaper. I haven't been on BITOG in a while, and read that the 820S is now a junk filter, so I'll quit using it altogether. My OCI is ~5k...

    Where to buy Motorcraft filters?

Just bought a FL 820s for my Jeep (yes, that is correct) at Walmart for $4. If there is another WM near you, see if they still have them as they don't all carry the same stuff. If not, Wix & MC are under $6 at O'Reilly Auto here in Dallas.

    Which shocks to get?

I'd go with the Tokico's. They were my preference on my 1990 Mustang 5.0. Aftermarket Bilsteins have a great reputation for a reason, but OEM Bilsteins leave a lot to be desired.
