I don't have a comment about auto-rx. However, I just yesterday bought an 03 super duty with 6.8 v10. It will be delivered from the depot next weekend. My concern is, that filter looks tiny. Smaller than the one on my 4.6 v8. What's the deal with that? How many qts of oil does the v10 hold? Thanks..

Okay then. Refilled with Texaco 87 octane, used Neutra 1 bottle for 27 gallons. I am still sitting on full after 72 miles of driving with the A/C on, extended idle time etc. It had to be the Shell high octane gas. I don't know how or why. My wife reports the same from the 87 octane Phillips...

Well, it does say "for gas or diesel engines" on the label. Therefore, it appears to be the right one.

I still have the bottle, I bought 8 the first time. It doesn't tell me what number it is though.
