Liqui Moly MoS2 interesting sediment pics.

Completely normal! Hello! M0S2 is a ultra fine solid particle that BONDS to surfaces. Its doing its job obviously! Lubrimoly/Liquimoly products are great, and have been tried and true for many years. They just plain work.

    Archoil

Tried and proven to work in the powerstroke world with HEUI injectors and correcting stiction of the injector solenoids. So it obviously does something!

    Valvoline Premium Blue Restore

Heck, at $70 a gallon I can run an OCI of this PREMIUM oil and still be about the same cost as some overpriced Amsoil or Schaeffers in my 6.0 PSD! :) :) Probably 3/4 times the quality as either supposed "premium synthetic"

    2015 Ford Powerstroke - Delo CJ4 5W40 synthetic - 114K miles

Looks like that T6 performed better to me... ;) Also, something doesn't add up, or I'm reading it wrong. Your last OCI goes from 108,230 to 114,000 miles, that is no where close to 24k miles on the oil?

    2017 Diesel Chevy Cruze UOA

That much iron in 5k miles ain't a good thing.... I'd do several more UOA's and trend it. One UOA simply isn't indicative enough. I'm betting you'll find MUCH better wear numbers with the Pennzoil in the sump.

Will Oil Extractor Work on Audi A3 2.0 TDI?

Yep, I'd rather drain it HOT and get ALL of it out. Its a crapshoot with extractors! If you don't enjoy laying on your back draining oil, then why are you even a BITOG member? :)

Cant find oil 2015 Jetta TDI

I have a '13 Passat TDi That I just bought a few months back, we love it so far but all of the forums and such show so many having problems with the DEF system, the HPFP, the DPF clogging etc, its scary. I have a CPO as it was a dieselgate buyback car with 40k miles. so once my warranty is up...

    2006 Subaru legacy limited questions

I had an '08 Legacy GT Limited Turbo with the 5speed. Loved that car! Dead reliable and ran very well. Sold it with 180k miles on it so I could get something a little better on fuel because it used Premium only and drank it fast! They actually hold their value well and resell for a Limited is...

2015.5 Volvo 2.0l drinking oil like a drunken sailor

I'm voting rings! ^^^ Try the PCV system as a cheaper route, but I'm bettin' it doesn't fix it. <img src="/forums/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="wink" title="wink" height="15" width="15" /> Volvos.... wannbe European junk made with left over American parts.... <img src="/forums/graemlins/smile.gif"...

Thicker Oil and Variable Valve Timing

It won't hurt a thing. The 0W20 is only spec'd to help them meet CAFE standards with no regard to engine longevity. That thin oil is why your on your second motor and now eating oil again.... put something else in it for gosh sakes!!! Subarus hate thin oil! I ran 40Wt in my 08 Legacy GT all the...

    Vacuum pumps

If your car is new(er) or even decades old, it will have a PCV system which pulls a vacuum on the crankcase from the intake manifold at any time other than WOT anyway.

    Honda engine Vs Nissan

I'd take a Honda over a garbage Nissan any day of the week. Nissan used to build a quality vehicle but since the merge with Renault, they are complete junk! I've personally owned two new Nissans and neither one made it to 50k miles without engine issues and multiple dealer trips. Of course, this...
