Thanks! Just noticed that the new pump has a smooth pulley and the original pump has a grooved pulley. I nicked the original pulley a little bit getting it off :oops: Guess I am going to try and smooth out with a file and swap pulleys and see if that works.

Update. Replaced the pads with Trw ceramic pads about a month ago . Rotors looked good so didn’t do anything with then. Seem to be perfect now. Haven’t noticed any noise. I did find out the noisy “quiet cast” Bosch pads I replaced were semi metallic Thanks to all for the help!
