    Delo 400 Which Base oils

    Both Chevron Delo 400 Multigrade SAE 15W-40 (API CI-4+) and Chevron Delo 400 LE SAE 15W-40 (API CJ-4) are based on Group 2 oil. ISOSYN indicates synthetic performance (think PAO) using refined base oil (Group 2 - isodewaxed/hydrocracked). Hope this helps.
