II did the plugs both times on the ram it originally was only to do the warranty replacement for the struts/shocks but I threw in the belt and plugs at that time in case I couldn’t do the screwy belt. No complaints except for the loss of the front Michelin tires that only have 15k on them. And...

You’re right and not to be ungrateful but the trouble combined with the time to do it isn’t covered by the warranty.

Wasn’t fun especially the second time both the rear drivers top shock bolt and plugs behind the brake booster make it a pg13 event. 30 k on the plugs and about 15 on the RC struts and shocks.One day after I sent them the alignment sheet and measurements I got replacements. Still sucks.Feels...
