Any ideas on this noisy 2009 Corolla?

They said they replaced the water pump and also installed a new serpentine belt. Whatever was making the noise must have been replaced because that racket is gone and sounds 100% better and is driving pretty smooth now.

Any ideas on this noisy 2009 Corolla?

Thanks you for the words so far guys....I def think the car is worth sinking some $$ into as it makes the perfect commuter car (100 miles per day) that I don't have to put on my Subaru. That being said, am I walking a tightrope by continuing to drive the car in the condition it it is in? I am...

Any ideas on this noisy 2009 Corolla?

Took ownership on my mother's 2009 Corolla as she does not drive any longer. She was pretty good at keeping up the maintenance when she was driving but for the last year and a half the car pretty much sat. Only thing I have done to it is have the dealership give it an oil change. The car...

Any issues using Rotella 0W20 Gas/Truck in Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo?

Was needing to do a change and found Rotella Gas/Truck at Advance Auto for 4.50 a quart after my military discount. Picked up 4 quarts and a Fram 7317 Ulta filter. Last fill was Castrol 0W20 which I ran til the MM binged yesterday. 9300 miles maybe? In any event, how does this compare...

Stink in cabinets under kitchen sink!

Update- They put a new dishwasher in yesterday. Said they have run into this issue before and it more than likely is the hose that connects the dishwasher to the disposal. Said it may take a bit of time for the smell to dissipate...... One thing I will say.....they don't make things like...

Stink in cabinets under kitchen sink!

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll stop at HD or Lowes and get on of those mold kits to test. What is odd is on the cabinets on either side I don't smell anything. It just seems to be situated to the particular cabinet? If it was a bad mold situation do you think I'd be able to smell it in...

Quiet tire for 2018 Civic Hatchback

I've never had a Civic prior to this one so i can't compare. Every HB I have ever owned has been louder than their sedan cousins. There are some newly paved sections of Rt 3 in my area and the car is pretty quiet compared to the OEM tires. On rougher roads there is decent tire noise but still...
