I second the 303 Aerospace Protectant. It does a great job of keeping my Michelin Cross Climate2's nice and black. It's not shiny at all. Doesn't leave the tires sticky and doesn't seems to attract grit.

What about Michelin Cross Climate2. Really like them on my SUV.

I've recently used 303 Aerospace Protectant. It's not shiny at all and I've been impressed by how long it's kept the tires a nice deep black. I tried it because I've seen it recommended on BITOG for other uses. I definitely recommend for use on tires.
