Fram XG7317, Looked into filter before pouring oil in and saw this, at first I thought it was some sort of epoxy used during manufacturing.
Stuck a new chopstick in to check it out and it's an oily residue?

This is from my mom and dads JD 345 18HP Liquid cooled Kawasaki. The filter has 112hrs on it, I guess my dad changed the oil at about 50hr intervals but left the same filter on for 112 hrs.
This is the same filter I run on my JD 20hp liquid cooled Kawasaki. Looks pretty good.

Well it seems my younger brother has claimed my .44 mag dies so I'm in the market for a new set.
All my dies are RCBS with the exception of a few LEE factory crimp dies. I have a buddy who swears by Hornady dies, does anyone here use them? Should I just stick with RCBS?
