    Super...thanks.... We will be towing 7000 pounds an I just feel better with the 5w30 at higher rpms over hills

    My owners manual is for a 1500, and does not split out the mega cab...everything says 5w20......also the oil cap has 5w20 printed on it. So, I am a bit confused....ugh

    I just bought a 2006 ram mega cab 1500. It is built on a 2500 frame and the hemi does not have mds. I have 3cases of 5w30 Kendall gt1 synthetic oil and have no other use for it.....ok to try it in my truck?
