Agreed. I used to get wrapped around the axle about brands, VOA's, UOA's, etc. and then came to the point that if it meets the Cummins spec, it's good enough for me, regardless of brand.

The only time I've purchased it, it was $25 for 3 gallons. I should have stocked up...

This is the last oil that I have purchased for $8 - $10/gal. Purchases were over the past 3 months. I used to purchase oil by the 55 gallon drum for about $7/gal. The last drum I purchased was Purus 15w-40 from a local A and I distributor.

I'm looking for the lowest price per gallon 15w-40 that meets CES20086. If a thread for this already exists, I apologize and please delete. Please post any deals that may be going on. Since I use about 18 gallons/year, I'm constantly looking for a deal that is $10/gal or less. Thanks.
