Earlier this year prior to my oil change, I ran some water (0.5L) through my engine via a vac hose and keeping the revs up a bit, then did the same with MMO. Bit of blue smoke out the exhaust, EML came on. Then went for an Italian tune up. Also added a bottle to the oil too. I've owned the car...
