I have this jeep grand Cherokee 2014 in which I'm working on. 1st and 2nd gear jerks consistently. It has 187,898 miles on it and I decided to flush the transmission with valvoline maxlife with no issues. The jerk from 1-2 still remained. Anybody knows what causes this issue?

cant go wrong with shell rotella 5w40/15w40 HDEO. I pretty much only use shell rotella 15w40 on all vehicles.
