I've only used oem oil filters, and will continue with that. And I have 66k on the car, with an aftermarket warranty good until 82k.

I'm currently at 5580 and just added .5qt, maybe a little more, last night. Should I go to 6k before changing or the 7k as suggested??

Thanks. I just cleaned/re-oiled the AF(K&N) this past weekend, and I also cleaned the MAF sensor too. I'll see how that goes.

Hi, I currently have 5536 on the M1 EP 5W30 and been thinking switching oils to Rotella T6 5w40 with the next change. Any thoughts on this change? How well do these oils compare? It's the same stuff I've been using in my Sti and it's been great for me this far. Thanks

Hi, Currently I am @ 4405miles on the oil and just topped off with 0.25qt of T6(1st top-off). Car is running great, but I think I'll get a sample now(no oc) and continue onto 5k. Opinions?

I use an K&N air filter in a stock application, and inspect/clean it every oil change.
