Finally found the website with the details of the rebate processing. Status said “Payment Processed” (or something like that) on 20 MAR. So probably not much longer. I almost forgot about this rebate.

Did anyone get the rebate for the Castrol purchase? I think it’s been 8-10 weeks X 2 already! What is the form of rebate? AAP gift card?

Good discussion here. As another data point, our 06 Odyssey EX-L (with VCM Enabled always) has no oil sludging issues whatsoever with 188+K miles. Runs fantastic. Have done 36 oil changes to date. Average OCI is roughly 5200 miles (almost always do the oil change when OLM reads 30-40%)...

Actually only 10 seconds maximum recommended testing duration. But 5 seconds of testing feels like an eternity and seems like plenty of time to run the test. It does get toasty warm, but cools off quickly too.
