Yep, there is plenty of Motorex oil in Switzerland In supermarkets, garages, etc. However, the price is expensive even here.

Regarding the direct injection petrol engines. In fact, in Europe Nissan recommends to use A3/B4 for it's 1.2 DIG-T engine which is used in Qashqai and Pulsar.

In theory yes. In practice the A3/B3 and A3/B4 oils will also carry some other specs (for example, A40, MB 229.5) which are hard to beat in terms of wear protection.

Why do you want to run full saps when mid saps is required? I presume you want to get better engine wear protection, right?
In this case, if your car does not consume oil much I would run full saps (229.5, A40). The moment it starts to consume any significant oil I would switch to 229.51, C30...
