I am looking at 50+ branches worth of sample data every day and we have some but not all 13L & 16L showing elevated levels of silver. Since most units only have 1 sample so far it is impossible to draw any conclusions. I'd be interested in seeing 3 or more consecutive results from the same user...

That is a low power, low RPM truck engine. 10w40 will be fine in that engine. If you have any questions on it's past history then Valvoline Restore and Protect is the new superstar oil. 5w30 would suit that engine just fine as well.

Part of the PDI is to check all fluid levels. Safe levels on the dipstick have some level of interpretation depending on the tech doing the PDI. Being slightly overfull is no issue, being 50% over full is.

What is the reason your are running 2 stroke oil in a 4 stroke? Even at 100:1 ... I am wondering what you are trying to prevent or accomplish?

What you are looking for is the wildly out of whack numbers. If your iron shows as 2, 2, 4, 3, 2, as an example then the differences are minor and could be the machine's tolerances or other factors. What you should be concerned about is the sample that suddenly shows iron at 42 or some way out...
