Microsoft Updates - new laptop problem

I have a PC full case tower that I have set up as a dual boot system using Win7 and Win8. Separate disk drives. Both were fresh installs on new disk and separate drives. The problem sounds remotely like the problem I had with Win XP. I solved the problem with deleting all temp files in Win...

2006 Honda Accord slow to shift from park to drive

I've read about this on a Honda forum that owners do notice this. My 2004 Honda Accord has done this from day one. Less noticeable now after having the [censored] Honda transmission replaced at around 75k miles. Not by Honda but a shop that specializes in transmission overhaul.

Minor Tire Rot or cause for concern?

Personally from what I've seen/experienced with tires that have dry-rot like this is that they are a ticking time bomb. They are especially dangerous when you are driving highway speeds where greater tire temperatures are experienced. Where ever you bought them ask for a replacement and or...

Michelin LTX M/S2 Load Range E

I just bought 4 new Michelin LTX M/S2 Load Range E tires to replace my OEM BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A on my 2006 Nissan Frontier NISMO 4x4 at around 30500 miles. Yep those are the real OD numbers. I don't use the truck very much. The BFG's were tired after about 20,000 miles....very poor...
